Harvest Festival 2026

When a blanket of pink descends onto Highcroft Hills and the air is filled with an alluring richness, it’s time for harvest.

We invite you to join us as we hand-pick millions of rose petals, from thousands of plants, across all seven acres of our unique property.

The day starts at 9.30 am when the bioactive compounds are at their peak. As you tour our property, you’ll learn how to quickly and adeptly remove a rose head in one clean ‘snap’ and find out more about each of our five rose varieties.

At 11 am, as the heat of the day rises, we let the roses rest and we celebrate Tasmania’s bounty with locally-sourced oysters and sparkling wine from the House of Arras. You’ll then have some time to explore our terroir and see for yourself what makes our home so special.

Please note that there are points throughout the morning when we invite and welcome photography. We kindly ask that you refrain from filming or photographing outside of these times.
